
IT Manager
Salary from £32-45K plus Excellent Benefits inc. WFH flexibility
The Role
- Bonus + Quarterly Brunch Clubs
- Manage an in-house support service desk
- Provide day-to-day IT support to around users in a blended working environment.
- Troubleshoot Windows 10 Professional and iOS devices
- Troubleshoot O365 applications, Teams telephony
- Troubleshoot user issues with third-party web and cloud applications
- Assist users with day-to-day support for peripheral devices such as printers and scanners
- Responsible for the ongoing configuration and administration of an Azure Active Directory/M365 environment.
- Ensure stability and reliability of Microsoft and third-party cloud applications and services
- Ensure data integrity and backup functionality.
- Management and monitoring of data storage and sharing
- Manage, deploy and monitor Microsoft Endpoint Manager policies to ensure device compliance
- Responsible for ensuring cloud environment and endpoint security and monitoring
- Monitor non-white-listed application usage
- Monitor Anti-Virus/Anti-Malware activity
- Implement and Monitor email security policies and controls
- Oversight and monitoring of MS Teams with direct routing
- Management of Meraki network
- Set up a configuration process and oversee upgrades of client devices if needed
- Openness to support billable client projects
